Duna Ghali
Duna Ghali is an Iraqi novelist, poet and translator born in Basra, Iraq. Based in Copenhagen since 1992, she writes in both Arabic and Danish and is a member of the Danish Writers’ Union and the Danish Translators’ Association. She has published several acclaimed novels, poetry collections and translations, and has received grants from the Danish State Arts Foundation in support of her literary and cultural work.
